How to reach us
Email [email protected]. We aim to reply within two working days. There is no phone line and no live chat: this is a small editorial operation, not a support desk, and we would rather answer properly than quickly.
Put the page name in the subject line if your message is about something specific — it gets to the right person faster.
What we can help with
- Corrections. An RTP, max win, bonus figure or paytable value that no longer matches the game. Send a screenshot of the information panel if you have one.
- Out-of-date operator details. A welcome package, minimum deposit or wagering requirement that has changed since we last checked.
- Broken pages and links. Anything that does not load or goes somewhere unexpected.
- Partnership and press. Operators, providers and journalists — see the Affiliate Programme page first, it answers most of it.
- Data requests. Anything covered by the Privacy Policy, including access and erasure requests under UK GDPR.
What we cannot help with
We are not a casino. We have no access to your account, your balance, your bonus, your documents or your withdrawal. We cannot look anything up, release a payment, lift a restriction or reverse a decision — we hold no player data at all.
Anything on this list has to go to the operator you played at, not to us:
- A withdrawal that has not arrived, or a payment that has been held.
- A welcome bonus that was not credited, or wagering that has not cleared.
- Verification documents, KYC requests and account restrictions.
- A locked account, a forgotten password or a two-factor problem.
- Disputed spins, balances or game outcomes.
Those all belong to your casino’s support team first. If they cannot resolve it, there is a formal UK escalation route with real teeth — we set it out step by step on the Complaints Procedure page.
If you need gambling support
Please do not email us — talk to someone trained for it. The National Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133. More options, including self-exclusion across every UK-licensed site at once, are on our Responsible Gaming page.
A note on unsolicited email
We do not buy links, publish sponsored posts disguised as editorial, or accept payment for a higher position in our rankings. Pitches of that kind are deleted unread, so please save us both the time.
