Who we are
This policy covers the website bassbonanza1000.co.uk, an independent information service about the slot Big Bass Bonanza 1000. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for the limited information described below. You can reach us at [email protected].
We never collect: passwords, card or bank details, identity documents, date of birth, or anything about your casino account. We have no login form, so there is nothing here to steal. If a page claiming to be this site asks you for any of that, it is not us.
What we collect
Server logs
We run no analytics on this site — no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no session recording. What exists is the standard access log every web server keeps, held by our hosting provider:
- IP address of the request.
- Date, time and the URL requested.
- Browser and operating system, as reported by your browser.
- The referring page, if your browser sent one.
These logs exist so the site can be kept online and secure. We do not build profiles from them, do not link them to any individual and do not use them for marketing.
Campaign parameters
If you arrive via a link containing tracking parameters in the URL, those parameters are carried through to the outbound casino links you click. They identify the marketing campaign, not you.
When you email us
We receive whatever you put in the message: your email address, your name if you sign off with it, and the content of your enquiry. We use it to reply and for nothing else.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Keeping the site running and secure | Legitimate interests |
| Diagnosing errors and abuse | Legitimate interests |
| Replying to your email | Legitimate interests |
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. Third-party cookies only appear if you deliberately click through to a casino or open the free demo. The full breakdown is on the Cookie Policy page — including why there is no consent banner.
Who your data is shared with
We do not sell data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It reaches only:
- Our hosting provider, which holds the server logs and processes them on our instructions under contract.
- Our affiliate partner, when you click an outbound casino link. From that point their own privacy policy applies to what happens next.
- Authorities, if we are legally required to disclose something. This has never happened.
Once you leave this site for a casino, we have no visibility of what you do there and no access to the account you open. Read that operator’s privacy policy — it governs everything from that click onwards.
How long we keep it
- Server logs — a rolling window of no more than 90 days.
- Email correspondence — up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
There is no analytics store, so there is nothing else with a retention period attached to it.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. In practice, because we hold so little, most requests are resolved in a couple of days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and no content here is directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when what we do changes, and the review date at the top always reflects the current version. If analytics or any other tracking is ever added, this page and the Cookie Policy will be updated — with a consent banner — before it goes live, not afterwards.
